My 4 year old daughter and I both ate 3 things in common that night...Fries, Pickles, Ketchup from kitchen. We both fell very ill 7 hours after consumption. The first symptom was projectile vomiting followed by watery diarrhea. We then checked for fever which we both had of between 99-100 degrees Fahrenheit. We are both recovering and not all well at 4 days later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
