Went in with the kids for an early dinner and i had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a water. As i bit into it i noticed it was kinda a weird consistency but ignored the fact. That evening i was dying on the toilet not even 3 hours later and its now been 7 days and still no relief of chills, Diarrhea, nausea, and i had a fever for one day | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, Fever
