Ate Burger Time in Bismarck with my family last night. Had diarrhea last night as did my family. Today sick to the stomach vomiting and headache. Called burger time they said they switched meat vendors. The meat tasted terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Diarrhea
