Had the burger with lettuce and a friend had the burger without lettuce. Was violently ill within a couple hours with first stomach pains and an overall ill feeling, then vomiting. I couldn’t stand up without vomiting and it continued for 8 hours. Even water wouldn’t stay down. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
