I got a burrito
Was completely fine through the day with some bloating but nothing crazy. I ate dinner and a few hours later was ready for bed. I had chills, abdominal pain, fever, and vomiting all in the matter of 2 hours. Experienced pain before vomiting for 3 hours. Restlessness, along with dehydration, and rapid heart rate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Dehydration, Bloating, Chills
