I thawed the frozen Butterball turkey in the fridge and I had to rinse some ice off it before I cooked it thoroughly (to 175 degrees). I refrigerated some of the turkey right away and froze the rest. I ate a turkey sandwich, made from the frozen cooked turkey) and felt nauseous and lightheaded and am sure I passed out for about thirty seconds and my husband was frantic trying to wake me up. Tonight we ate some of the same turkey (thawed in the fridge) and I felt strong cramps. I decided to check if others were experiencing symptoms from Butterball turkeys and I see that I am not alone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Lightheaded
