Probably eating on the El Nido Palawan boat trip, vomiting, diarrhea and body aches about 24 hours after eating. All three of our family are ill. Still very low in energy and nausea after 24 hours. We only bought and drank bottled water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

hope you feel better soon. I would not trust el nido food unless it is newly cooked, also bottled water only.
