nauseated easily, and my stomach cramps regularly (mild). Had to take erceflora for at least 4 days before feeling like myself 80% again... Still, that 20% persists weeks after. Boat tour, cramps in the evening, nausea and vomiting that night, took erceflora and felt better though cramps and nausea persisted after couple of hours from erceflora intake. just say those toilets are scarred for life. lol. We’ve been asleep since we arrived. Be mindful of what you touch, eat, drink. Buy yourself some hand soap at a local shop and keep hand sanitiser on you and wipe down surfaces. Make sure you clean your hands after touching money. That’s the only other thing I could possible think of (also do NOT drink tap or local water).

Get some activated charcoal tablets if you get ill like that. It’ll help soak things up naturally.
