Snorkel Trip Food Sickness - Caborey, Cabo San Lucas Baja California Sur

We chartered the entire boat for a 50+person snorkeling experience. The snorkeling was fine, but approximately 2 hours after eating the provided food I had severe nausea and diarrhea began. I have localized this incident to the ship as all other meals and water I consumed came from a well sanitized resort and I have no underlying medical illnesses. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
