Additional information: I self treated by eating a lentil based cottage pie. The box of Cadbury's Milk Tray was given to me as a gift for my birthday, I do not know where my friend bought it from. I opened a sealed layer of chocolates. Many of the chocolates were familiar to me, but it has been a long time since I've been gifted a box. The 'Honey Crunch' chocolate is the one I suspect caused a reaction in me, as it was unfamiliar to me, but I don't know for certain that that one was the one as I'm afraid I ate several.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Chills
