My fiance ate a double quarter pounder meal while on his lunch break today around 11:15 and an hour or so later he was complaining of stomach pains like someone was stabbing him. Around 430 he threw up. He says his stomach still feels like someone's stabbing him. We never eat McDonalds anyways anymore and now we definitely won't be. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
