Entamoeba Outbreak on Trip - Cadlao Resort & Restaurant, El Nido MIMAROPA

We went on a boat trip in El Nido on 2 separate days and ate food cooked by them, not sure if the food was cooked on the boat but I assume it wasn't as they brought it in a large box when we boarded. One day after I had severe symptoms, diarrhoea, fever, severe muscle pain. One day after, my parntner had even worse symtpoms, we went to the hospital and got tested - it was entamoeba! Prescribed antibiotics and probiotics. 2 people got sick, me and my friend, his symptoms started 1 day after mine. We don't know exactly what caused the food poisoning, we ate once in town in El Nido , twice on a boat trip (2 separate days) and many times at Resort | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Other, Muscle Pain
