Today March 26, 2026 I purchased a Minestrone soup and lasagna. Well I just had the lasagna and found a broken tooth or something like a tooth inside of the lasagna. I immediately threw up and feel sick. I don't know what kind of disease I can get or who knows what can happen. I also phoned the business immediately and will notify the health department of Monterey. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Disease

This reporting party did not find a tooth fragment in a container of food that they took home and ate at home. Which we all know is impossible. The lasagna was not made at the place of business they are reporting either. This is a false accusation that should be removed.
