Last night I had the barbecue chicken salad and the Thai chicken pizza. Within 3 hours my stomach started feeling upset, then diarrhea, shakes, chills and aches, headache that makes you dizzy. No appetite. Can only lay in bed and drink water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Dizziness, Chills, Body Ache, Shaking, Headache, Loss of Appetite
