I ordered chicken lettuce wraps Wednedsay, July 20th with a group of ladies and girls. Thursday around 4:00pm, I began to have body aches and chills. I had diarrhea during the night. Friday, July 22nd every bone in my body was in pain, my lower back felt broken, constant, extreme stomach cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting once. I have been in bed for 5 days with severe stomach cramping. I have lost 9 lbs. I have never experienced this before. It is horrible. I spoke to a doctor by phone because I could not leave the house. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
