Ate a frozen California Pizza Kitchen BBQ Chicken Pizza in Vacaville, California and around 1-2 hours later became extremely sick. Non-stop vomiting, along with other not so pleasant symptoms. I will save you the symptoms. I have had food poisoning before but never like this. It went on for hours and I couldn't get any relief. The chills were also really, really bad! Beware.
