7-Eleven slurpee machines have made us severely sick. It happened before and we thought the slurpees themselves were making us sick until we decided to go to a different one and we were fine. Those machines need to be inspected.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

Sunday, January 26th, I ate their chicken tortilla soup and the blue cheese lettuce wedge. After our party of 8 finished eating, I felt ill, so went to bathroom and had projectile vomiting.
