Additional information: Ate the Thai crunch salad. An hour later got super warm and nauseas at the mall. Didn’t feel good, so I went home and threw up on the side on the road. Threw up again at home and again during sleep. Only had 5-6 bites. I’ve had this salad 20x and its my favorite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
