Had dinner tonight at Calypso and within 2 hours or less began vomiting and having severe stomach cramping and diarrhea. I felt 100% healthy before going to this restaurant tonight.
Had the conch fritters app and the coconut shrimp entree. I have no food allergies. I had one mojito cocktail and drank water rest of dinner. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
