Sausage Gumbo Illness Report - Aldi, Baltimore Maryland

I had the Campbell’s sausage and chicken gumbo on the evening of September 29th and spent all of yesterday, the 30th, with sharp, painful cramps, gas, and diarrhea. I was also dizzy several times and nearly fainted at one point upon standing. It was so bad that I lost 3.4 pounds between yesterday morning and this morning when I weighed myself. It was the only deviation from my normal routine/I wanted to try a new soup so I know it had to be that. I’m chronically ill and disabled, mostly bed-bound, so getting sick like that is deeply taxing on my body. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Gas, Dizziness
