Octopus Salad Sickens Couple - Cantinho da Vila, Sintra Lisboa

My husband and I ate lunch here on Friday 4/5. The next day, we woke up extremely sick with food poisoning. We have been unable to leave our hotel and have been vomiting and having diarrhea since 6:30am. We were served an octopus salad that seemed a bit off and we believe that’s what made us sick. How are restaurants allowed to serve food that’s gone bad?? | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
