- comments: floors need detail cleaning through out the rear storage area,inside the walk in cooler and prep/kitchen area to remove spill,debris and/or grease.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed the filters and hood above the cooking equipment very dirty. Must clean to remove dust and grease.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: instructed manager to comply with the idph food handler requirement or citations will follow.
64. Public health nuisance
- comments: observed the cashier wearing her mask however the cooks/food handlers were not wearing mask as required.
