Grilled shrimp and pene meal.

Around an hour and a half later chills/fever began with nausea and GI pain. Shortly after vomiting commenced.

One individual vomiting with chills/fever. Another individual is having stomach pains and nausea, no vomiting has occurred at this time for the other. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
