Rancid Ranch Causes Illness - Food Safety Issue, Meridian Idaho

I went into the dining room and ordered some food today. As I was eating I noticed something was off with my food and I looked down at a ranch cup and noticed the cup itself was breached where the top was and rancid ranch formed where in a brown jelly from what i could guess a fridge malfunction any way i made my way home and in an hour or two I am experiencing effects for the food.

09/27 update: I'm doing fine. It started clearing up today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
