I ate a spicy chicken sandwich that was oddly hard on the outside. It tasted normal. When I got to the burger it tasted very fishy and had a hard piece in it. I threw it away after two bites. I ended up waking up that evening with continuous vomiting and diarrhea. I had a fever too. I went into a local clinic and got two liters of fluid through iv on day three for this. I’m in day four and still super sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
