On November 7th, I skipped dinner and woke up hungry on November 8th. On my way to work, I stopped for breakfast at Carl’s Jr. I did not eat lunch that day. By the evening, I began experiencing severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting multiple times at home. The next morning, my symptoms worsened, with increased abdominal pain and elevated blood pressure reaching 180/115. The cramps continued intermittently and persisted for approximately three days. During this time, I was unable to eat and lost about five pounds. I have never experienced symptoms like these before, and based on my research, they are consistent with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
