I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries as well as a drink after a water polo competition. I felt nothing at the time and at four in the morning the next day I began throwing up accompanied by diarrhea, nausea, and severe abdominal pain. I hadn't eaten anything the whole day besides that and I threw up most if not all of it. It is now eight in the morning and I still feel horrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
