I had a great day yesterday and it was a beautiful sunny afternoon so I went to get a Oreo shake and it seemed to be okay but on the way to east county I felt very bad and tired dizziness and nausea I had to take my seat belt off because I was not feeling well at all especially when I was having such a great day my best friend what’s wrong I said brother I don’t feel good and I’m not a crybaby I have a high tolerance for pain and this feeling was unbelievable I believe this is the second time I’ve been in this bizarre abdominal pain. Im afraid that this incident is going to cause punitive damages as well as consequences for my day to day I’m self employed and as har as it is living in San Diego this is surely going to set me back I was in the er and my pain was so bad I could not wait at the hospital to get checked out for any kind or other medical condition I am planning on going in the morning and hopefully the pain subsides so I can see m primary doctor | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache, Dizziness
