Ordered the Carl's Jr. western bacon combo #3. Around 9-10pm. Got home and ate. Fell asleep an hour and a half later. Woke up at 7am with sore stomach. Started vomiting profusely and water diarrhea. Got chills around 10 am and sweat. Vomited the food whole, and ever since was vomiting and using the restroom till 5 in the afternoon. Total of 18 bathroom uses and 12 vomits | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Soreness
