Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
Suspected source: Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: Still getting alot of gas next morning! I has Fettucini Alfredo with chicken straps.. was up all night vomiting, liquid diarrhea,chills, sweats and stomach pain!
