I was feeling a little under the weather when my stomach started bloating, when I had the sudden urge to use the bathroom, but nothing really came out when out of the sudden I started hyperventilating, and my head just started to feel light, then I started to have the urge of vomiting, so I did for a while, then I had to use the restroom again, and it was like a waterfall coming out, when all of that stopped, and I had nothing left, I was laying on my bed, dehydrated and with chills, this all happen after eating carnitas 4 hours ago | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills, Dehydration
