Worst Valentine’s date ever at this place. The restaurant does not even honor their own gift cards, the manager and employees are all rude and talk negatively about their guests within hearing range of the guest they are discriminating against. The employees do not wear their masks or seem to care about their jobs or guests.Empty drink cups are neglected, steak was only cooked on one side. They were out of the mashed potatoes and charged an up-charge for the side that replaced it.
Upon receiving the bill, they refused to accommodate the bill to honor the gift card for their restaurant that they claimed was not working although when you call to check the balance on the gift card it says it is active and the amount. The manager rudely proceeded to refuse compensation for the gift card or the poor service in a tone of voice that should never be heard from anyone in customer service.
I mean, What kind of restaurant manager yells at an 8 month pregnant lady who works in the restaurant industry?
we wake up around 1:30 am vomiting and diarrhea nonstop for like four hours. Weak from the dehydration from vomiting up even a sip of water we needed to call an ambulance. Mind you I am 34 weeks pregnant. We spent the next 16 plus hours at the hospital connected to IVs pumping fluids into both of us and a fetal monitor to track the baby. The intensity of the situation sent me into premature contractions. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
