Cold Fettuccine Illness - Carrabbas Italian Grill, Orem Utah

I had the Fettuccine Weesie at about 6:00 pm on 4/14/23. I was fine until around 9:30 pm the same night. Abdomen pain, vomiting, diarrhea and chill like I’ve never had before. This lasted throughout the night until about 5:00 am. This was seriously the worst I’ve ever felt in my 52 years on this earth. I was a little apprehensive to eat the fettuccine when it was served because it was cold and all stuck together. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills
