On 2/27/2021 and still on-going now. Green Mild Tomatillo Salsa caused our entire family of 6 to vomit profusely and a few of us had severe diarrhea. Symptoms were within 30 mins of digestion. When we opened the container, it looked very mysteriously gelatinous and unlike past experiences something didn't seem right....we sadly ignore this tell-tale sign. We will never go back to this brand or instacart again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
