Pizza Illness: Nausea, Vomiting - Casey's, Omaha Nebraska

We ordered a pizza for delivery from here. When it arrived, it was incredibly hot, but it didn’t taste particularly fresh and the toppings were somewhat rubbery.
I wondered whether it had been reheated, but ultimately decided 3 slices were all I could stand, so I threw the rest away.
I thought little more about it until I woke up this morning with major nausea and began vomiting soon thereafter.
