Had thosai yesterday. Every other meal was home cooked

Starting from the evening of last night, stomach churning and some diarrhea

Today. Cramps, watery diarrhea 5 times. Absolutely horrible

My observation - obviously a very dirty kitchen and curry splashed everywhere on their counter top. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
