Supreme Pizza with mushrooms, April 6, 2022 - At exactly 5 hours after eating the pizza (2am) I started vomiting which lasted for 8 hours. The diarrhea started about 4 hours into the vomiting. So both at the same time. I had dizziness, fever and chills in between the vomiting. A day later and I'm still nauseated. All the muscles in my body are sore. No one else in my family got sick but I'm the only one who ate the mushrooms. It appears this place uses canned mushrooms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness, Chills, Soreness
