Almost immediately after finishing my meal I was hit with the worst wave of nausea I’ve ever felt. I was on the verge of vomiting, then I had the worst stomach cramping this has been going on for the past three days I’ve had intense stomach pain and gas and feels like I’m going to have explosive diarrhea but I am so constipated from it.
