Cold Cheese Dip Illness - Cave of the Winds Mountain Park, Manitou Springs Colorado

I was the only one to eat the fake cheese dip that comes with the pretzel. I got very sick few hours after eating it. I am on the 4th day and still recovering. Thankfully none of my small 5 children ages 2-9 ate the cheese. I went to the hospital and it has been quite a terrible ordeal, I believe the nacho cheese was not heated up before it was given to me it was cold and I don't think it was supposed to be served cold. A bunch of teenagers running the place and no oversight on food safety. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
