Monday afternoon about 4:30 p.m. purchased Clam Chowder from the Soup Bar. Went home, ate about 6 cashews & the soup. Started stomach cramps about 6 p.m. violently ill all night. Terrible Charlie horse cramps. Chills & fever through last night. Not sure if virus or contaminated food? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps, Chills
