- comments: (#54) 5-501. 110 observed previous priority foundation violation not corrected from previous report #2610700, dated 1/17/25. Observed outside garbage dumpster overloaded with trash preventing lid closure and surrounding area littered with old mattresses, wood and several garbage bags. Instructed to correct before reinspection. Due to previous noncompliance, violation is upgaraded to a priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
