10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand sink blocked and inaccessible in bakery kitchen. Observed hand sink covered and water turned off at pipes below. Instructed all hand sinks must be easily accessible and available at all times. Operator removed basin cover, and turned on water at pipes below. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hand sink in disrepair in men's restroom in rear of store, behind gelato area. Hot water not available due to missing equipment under sink. Instructed must repair and provide minimum hot water temperature of 100f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed leak at faucet of hand sink in main kitchen, to the right of fryers. Must repair and maintain same.

22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed 3lbs of chicken at improper temperature of 66. 0f in prep area. Instructed all tcs foods must be held at 41f or less at all times. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection, valued at $3. Priority violation 7-38-005. No citation issued.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed aluminum foil used as a surface on several pieces of equipment in the main kitchen. Instructed aluminum foil not permitted for use as a surface covering. Must remove to make all surfaces smooth and easily cleanable.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed water pooling in large cracks in floor of rear grocery dry storage room (near garbage compactor area). Must repair and make floors smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain same.
