- During the inspection, the dish machine was running without free chlorine. Inspectors found several adult German cockroaches on the floor beneath an a two-door beverage cooler, and four nymphs and two adult cockroaches on the floor beneath an empty ice bin that was by soda syrup boxes. The ice scooper was being stored directly on top of the ice machine during the inspection.
