Chicken Meal Causes Illness - Checkers, Cape Town Western Cape

We bought a whole chicken from there on Saturday, 5th February 2022. The three family members who ate the chicken have been violently sick with a very aggressive case of food poisoning! Where and how do we report this? I want to send th remainder to a lab for testing. This is insane! How horrible are your hygiene practices or was the meat expired. We are weak, and one would likely need a drip. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Weakness
