I believe I received from food poisoning from checkers rally’s 2 days ago I ordered the $4 meal deal and have been receiving stomach pains and nausea since. This is not the first incident. The location is located on okeechobee blvd. In west palm beach in the same plaza as Aldi’s, dollar tree, and Pizza Hut. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Nausea
