I ate a bowl of Cheerios for breakfast and experienced pain, discomfort, and violent diarrhea.I described the symptoms to my wife and she suspects Cheerios now uses artificial honey, which is “basically just syrup without all the good stuff that makes honey tolerable to our digestive system.”
Looking back, I also had Honey Nut Cheerios the morning I failed my first gestational diabetes test while pregnant with my son. I passed the second one without issue.
