Symptoms: Nausea Diarrhea Vomiting Other Bloody Stool

People often bring food to this area, so i hadnt been able to cook thanksgiving dinner so when a couple came and brought dood i was grateful. I came home and my daughter and i ate the food only i ate the cheesecake. She is not sick, i have had blood in my stool and symptoms of being poisoned are present. Luckily they are on camera and i kept the remaining food as evidence and the other piece of cheesecake as well.

See Morey with ranch dip due to a possible health risk from an undeclared allergen in a product. The product contains egg, which is not declared on the label. The items, “Party Tray Vegetables with Ranch Dip”, were unintentionally labeled with the incorrect nutritional panel for “Apple & Cheese with Carmel Dip” and were produced on December 17, 2020.

The product was distributed through Winn Dixie, Harvey’s, and Fresco y Mas stores in Florida. The recalled product was shipped directly to the retailer’s distribution centers in Plant City, FL, Jacksonville, FL, and Miami, FL. People usually get sick from Shiga toxin-producing E. coli (STEC) 2 to 8 days (average of 3 to 4 days) after swallowing the germ. Symptoms often include severe stomach cramps, diarrhea (often bloody), and vomiting. Some people may have a fever, which usually is not very high (less than 101˚F/38.5˚C).
