I have eaten entire boxes of Cheez-Its before, sometimes even in just one sitting, and never have I experienced any side effects until the past year or so. Every time I eat even a handful my stomach will hurt for hours. (as i’m typing this i’m taking my fifth dump in the past six hours). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Heartburn, Stomach Pain
