I have eaten entire boxes of Cheez-Its before, sometimes even in just one sitting, and never have I experienced any side effects until the past year or so. Every time I eat even a handful my stomach will hurt for hours. (as i’m typing this i’m taking my fifth dump in the past six hours).

Soup Mix Causes Illness

On july 12 ,2022 i ate Great Value Chicken flavored Extra Noodle Soup Mix.It comes with 2 packets.Couple hrs later vomiting, diarrhea, nausea.i thought it was a stomach bug.Then on july 18,2022.I ate the other packet. Same exact reaction.Same problems.Now im sick again.

Cereal Causes Severe Dehydration

after eating lucky charms cereal. i got lucky charms cereal and i have been vomiting and have diarrhea i almost ended up in the hospital because of this and was dehydrated
