Canned Spaghetti Illness Symptoms - chef boyardee,

Ate some chef boyardee spaghetti and meatballs around 7pm then had terrible stomach pains and nausea until I fell asleep around midnight. Woke up around 4:30am and had to run to the bathroom and threw up a bunch and had diarrhea. Right after I felt better but when I woke up again around 9am I still had stomach pain and nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
